Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving it.
Eligibility for Returns & Non-Returnable Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
However, certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Worn, washed, or damaged items.
- Limited drops and custom or personalized pieces.
- Items purchased on sale.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
Exchanges & Issues
You have the right to exchange your product within 14 days of receiving it. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
